PVC base coating ABC-03  (Aqua base coat )

ABC-03 ist ein Schutzlack-Sytem für PVC Folien und Planenhersteller. Es ermöglicht die Nutzung dieser Produkte für Solvent Inkjet, Siebdruck oder Digitalprint wie Xeixon, Indigo. Der Film ist hoch glänzend, sehr flexibel, lösemittelfest, VOC frei und dadurch sehr umweltfreundlich einzusetzen. 

 

 

Inkjet Beschichtung  AIC-02+:

Unsere Inkjetbeschichtungen wurden zur Veredelung von Planen, Stoffen, Papieren und Folien entwickelt.Das Coating ist sowohl für die Aufnahme von wasserbasierenden, oel oder solvent Inkjetfarben geeignet. Die damit behandelten Medien sind sehr saugfähig, hochweiß und ideal für Inkjetdruck geeignet.

 

Gemeinsam mit Ihnen stimmen wir das Produkt auf Ihr Anforderungsprofil ab.

 

Durch die Vernetzung der Füllstoffe erreichen wir eine sehr gute Untergrundhaftung und sehr hohe Wasserfestigkeit.  

 

Geignet für :

PVC, PE, etc. und Papier

 

 

Schutzlacke ACC-04:

Die von uns entwickelt und produzierten Schutzlacke sind als 1 und 2 Komponentensysteme erhältlich.Die Einstellungen des Glanzgrades sind beliebig einstellbar. Von high gloss bis ultra matt sind alle Varianten einstellbar.

Inkjet coating AIC-02+: ( Aqua inkjet coat )

Our Inkjet Coating was developed for the refinement of Tarpaulins, Textiles, Papers and Foils. The Coating is both suitable for the absorption of water-based, oil or solvent Inkjet Inks. The media treated with this coating are highly absorbent, high-white and ideally suitable for Inkjet Prints.

Hand-in-Hand we determine the Product quality which is according to your required profile and specification. 

By the cross-linking of the fillers we achieve a very good underground adhesion and a very high water firmness.

Protective Varnishes ACC-04: (Aqua clear coat )

The protective varnishes developed and produced by us are available as 1 and 2 component systems. 

 

The determination of the gloss degree are arbitrarily adjustable.  From High gloss to Ultra matt all variants are possible.
