Sublimation - was ist das?

 

Als Dye Sublimation wird der Prozess bezeichnet, bei dem das feste Farbkristall direkt in den gasförmigen Zustand übergeht, ohne eine flüssige Phase einzunehmen.

 

Das Verfahren:

Die Sublimations-Farben werden gespiegelt auf Transferpapier gedruckt. 

Durch die Behandlung in einer Heißpresse, löst sich der Farbstoff vom Transferpapier und bettet sich in die Faser ein, da die Affinität zu Polyester größer ist als zu dem Papierträger.

 

Unsere Farben besitzen alle die gleiche Sublimationstemperatur von ca. 184 Grad Celsius.

 

Es eignen sich folgende Kunststoffe und Fasern:

- Polyester (PES)

- Polyamide (PA 6, PA 6.6)

- Polyacrynitil (PAN)

- Triacetat (CTA)

- Mischgewebe mit 60% Anteil der o.g. Gewebe

 

- Mit Polyesterlack veredelte Produkte

   Keramik, Fliesen, Bleche, Glas etc.

What´s Sublimation ?

 

The designted "Dye Sublimation" process is a solid colour Crystal changes directly into the gaseous condition, without taking a liquid phase.

 

The Procedure :

The sublimation ink is mirror image printed on transfer paper. By the tratment in a hot press, the colour crystall steams from the paper into the fiber by themselves, since the affinity for polyester is larger than to the paper carriage.

 

Our sublimation inks works all in the same range of temperature of approx. 184 degrees Celsius. (363.2 degrees Fahrenheit)

 

 

Following synthetic material are suitable

- Polyester (PES)

- Polyamide (PA 6, PA 6.6)

- Polyacrynitil (PAN)

- Triacetat (CTA)

- mixed material wiht minimum 60% share of above-mentioned material

 

- with polyesther lacquer coated products like

   ceramic, tiles, metal sheets, glass etc.
